for new locations to open new outlets.

Jewel Cafe Expanding in the Philippines Jewel Cafe is excited to announce that we are actively searching for new store locations in the Philippines. Our company has already established its presence here, operating all branches directly. Our parent company is based in Japan, ensuring high standards and exceptional service across all our stores.

Targeting Regions

We are specifically targeting the following regions for our expansion:
• Metropolitan Manila area (NCR), Angeles, Cebu, Davao, Cagayan de Oro

Inside Shopping Malls

Shopping Center Type
We are specifically looking for tenant spaces in shopping malls.
Ideally, the spaces should be 30-60 sqm,
though we do have stores operating in 18 sqm spaces as well.

Commercial Spaces

We are also looking for commercial spaces with good visibility, ideally ranging from 30-60 sqm. The spaces should have electricity and internet connectivity, though water and toilet facilities may be necessary depending on the location.
